Abstract :
It is an important problem needing to deal with for the evaluation of Tactical Data Link (TDL) system´s efficiency.We establish the index system of efficiency evaluation according to the characteristics of TDL. Additionally, we analyze the TDL system from the four capabilities of signal processing, system safety, system usability and system cooperation. Finally, we ascertain the share of each index and calculate the influence caused by the stair and secondary index based on the sum-product method of AHP, realizing the sort routine of hiberarchy. It would be of a good value to the application and further research on TDL.
