Abstract :
In this study, a network formation game model for ISPs interconnection is presented. The models are constructed on the basis of Two Stage Game for Bilateral Link including Link Stage and further the prisoner dilemma game in Nash Equilibrium of the Game Theory. The models are simple, and are capable of capturing the essential behaviours of ISPs interconnection well. The results of this model could bring important predictions for the future ISPs interconnection topology.
