The Grey Relational Analysis of influential factors for Chinese medicine in General Hospital

Objective: In order to strengthen and standardize the general hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, strengthen the inner construction, highlight the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine and improve Chinese medicine services capacity and competitiveness, we decided to study this subject. Method: Through data analysis and face to face interviews, we find the influential factors for Chinese medicine in General hospital and research the extent and impact of these factors. Based on Survey results, we use Grey relational analysis to the actual factors. Result: Based on the results of Grey relational analysis, we get a clear order of these factors on the degree of influence and give the suggestion which can promote the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in General Hospital. Conclusion: Because of having incomplete running mechanism, lacking of behavior date, devoid of experience in treatment, being naked inherent connotation, the Influencing Factors of the Chinese Medicine diagnostic and therapeutic Improvement fits for the method Grey Relational Analysis.
