Abstract :
In the environment of knowledge economy, it is necessary to make an effective incentive for the knowledge workers. While the general explicit contracts can improve the innovation of the knowledge workers to a certain extent, the characteristics of the knowledge workers as well as knowledge products will make innovative activities short-term behavior. Base on the characteristics of knowledge production, this paper establish the state-owned enterprises dynamic incentive model from the view of multi-task principal-agent and reputation mechanism. The results showed that the correlation between project cycles and between the innovative efforts have a significant impact on the knowledge workers´ innovation, and then made recommendations.
