Abstract
There are diverse alternatives in the competitive market when a consumer would like to purchase an electronic product; however, choosing a suitable electronic product is a challenging problem considering multiple criteria such as price attractiveness, brand, functionality, usability, performance and warranty. To address this issue, this paper introduces the Primitive Cognitive Network Process (PCNP) for the consumer electronic product evaluation with respect to the multiple criteria.
