Abstract
Based on the theory of ultrasonic testing, an on-line data-acquisition and storage system is designed. The design scheme of hardware and software of the system are introduced in this paper, in which embedded processor ARM and FPGA are used as its core and UC/OS-II is used as its operating system. Thus a high speed and high frequency and large-capacity ultrasonic signal can be processed, and the pipelines defects can be analyze and evaluate.
