Abstract :
As an important component of the Diagnose project of equipment, oil monitoring technology improves the maintenance management of the equipment forward to condition maintenance, predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance. In the text we monitor of abrasion and monitor to armored carrier´s Gearbox by the method of projection pursuit, and we also build the model of projection pursuit. Through these methods, we have received the vector quantity of the optimum direction and weight coefficient of every element. We also have confirmed the corresponding relation of the change area that monitors the characteristic value of the projection of the gearbox abrasion and classification of abrasion state, and we appraised the samples. We use the samples fitted the relationship of the characteristic value of the projection and motor hours, and predicted the state of the gearbox. The text provides the preventive maintenance of basis.
