Abstract
Digital photography is quickly becoming a viable alternative to conventional photographic imaging in several existing imaging applications. The future extrapolation of this trend depends on the development of improvements to existing digital cameras. Several image processing approaches to improving image quality generated from digital cameras are discussed.
