Abstract :
Certain missile ATS (automatic test system) improves the fault diagnosis greatly, but it still prolongs with traditional static test method, and leads to many shortcomings. Dynamic test can resolve such problems effectively. Dynamic test for certain missile is realized by simulating the missile´s flight course. According to the missile´s characters displayed at each stage of boost, cruise, fall, swoop in real flight, we issue control commands to course channel, pitching channel and incline channel at the right moment respectively. At the same time, simulate the missile´s pose change by controlling the turntable´s moving. So we can simulate the missile´s flight and attack course factually. This article puts forward a residual error energy characteristic vector method based on wavelet analysis. And use this method to process the dynamic test data of certain missile, extract the fault character. With above understanding, we take advantage of BP neural network to realize fault diagnosis and orientation.
