Abstract :
In this paper, a set of on-line monitoring equipment of medium voltage switchgear is introduced, the structure of dual-CPU is adopted, on-line monitoring of the temperature of bus-bar with self-made infrared temperature sensor, on-line monitoring of the temperature rise of CT/PT with thermocouple of T type, on-line monitoring of leakage current of insulator bushing to reflect its characteristic of insulation, monitoring the arc fault in switchgear with self-made arc sensor, real-time on-line monitoring of multi-parameters comes true. Two sets of power are used to supply the circuits insulated respectively, and the measure of restraint of EMI in PCB design is implemented and so on, the equipment can work normally in the switchgear where the electro magnetic interference is serious.
