Abstract :
This paper studies the distributed stabilizing controller design for a class of heterogeneous systems with static nonlinear interconnections. The controllers work in a distributed manner that each of them locally stabilizes a subsystem and the entire system consisting of these subsystems then achieves global stability. Both the state feedback and output feedback control methods are derived. Finally, a comparative example is presented to show the usefulness and effectiveness of the results.
