Abstract
This note considers the synchronization problem for a class of networked time-varying systems. The heterogenous subsystems are modeled as linear time-varying systems in normal form with uniform relative degree. The control object is to steer each subsystem´s output towards a synchronous trajectory generated by a linear time-varying dynamical system. For each subsystem, the measurable information for feedback design is specified by a communication network in the chain form. A nonlinear servomechanism design procedure is proposed to solve the problem.
