Abstract
Machine learning is a theory that enhances a computer system´s knowledge. Besides, support vector machine (SVM) is a machine learning theory with neural networks. That is, the SVM has two major functions; namely, classification and regression analysis for application. To enhance the intelligence of system´s tool, mobile wavelet SVM is applied to the proposed tool system on personal digital assistant (PDA). Besides, the proposed tool system will be designed by object-oriented design and be analyzed by object-oriented analysis. Besides, the proposed tool system is also modeled by unified modeling language. At the same time, C# is chosen to be as object-oriented language that implements the system software. In the simulation, three cases are for regression and one case is for classification. Regression cases are single-variable function, two-variable function, and dynamic system with proposed wavelet SVM tool. Besides, the classification system is implemented on PDA. From the experimental results, the proposed tool has better performance in application on PDA.
