Abstract :
To realize the function for monitoring and fault diagnosis real time, fulfil the request of celerity, maneuverability and high reliability of a weapon system and conquer the problem of the single function and the miscellaneous structure of tradition monitoring and diagnosis system, a new-style portable fault diagnosis device for the complex weapon system based on PC104 bus is designed. The device introduces two-grade distributed control structure. The comparison of the hardware designed by modularization structure is made. Expert system using multimedia technology is used. The device can link to complex weapon system fast and communicate with diagnosis locale and diagnosis center by Ethernet to accomplish real-time condition monitoring and fast fault diagnosis. It has been testified that the diagnosis device solves the problem of fault diagnosis of complex weapon system; also it can be referenced by other fault diagnosis systems of large-scale mechatronics equipments.
