Abstract :
This paper presents the complete design of a DBRT diode microwave oscillator in MIC technology. The different aspects of the design procedure are discussed in detail. The DBRT diode oscillator analysis based on a simplified circuit model and the nonlinear optimization using the harmonic balance method are included in the paper. A design example and main simulation results are presented
