Abstract :
A partially decoupled hierarchical aggregation/disaggregation (HAD) optimal power flow (OPF) algorithm is developed for the constrained power economic dispatch. The effects of the new partially decoupled real power OPF are investigated. The test results show that the proposed method has acceptable accuracy, and efficiently speeds up the computation process
