Abstract :
Because the generation type of the traditional interactive flood dispatching program has some defects, a conditional random automatic generation is put forward, and it operate optimal flood dispatching model which is based on PSO algorithm. It deals with boundary conditions and other inequality constraints with penalty function method. The results of the application show that improved PSO algorithm has faster computed speed and more rationale results than the conventional dynamic programming, and it is an effective way of optimal flood-control operation in river basin.
