Abstract :
A new humidity measurement method is described. A thin membrane is cooled below the dew point temperature. Then it is rapidly heated. The heating curve (temperature versus time) gives the dew point and the amount of adsorbed water. The method is especially useful for the range of very high humidity, where most other methods are difficult to apply.
