Abstract :
The gear-box is the main part of self-propelled gun chassis, and its performance affects the fighting strength of self-propelled gun directly; There are masses of equipment working information in the acoustic signal, the acoustic test is a kind of non-contact measurement, and it can be applied for the un-decomposition test of complex mechanism. This paper took the gear wearing failure as a representative example, proposed the principle of acoustic test, studied the fault characteristic extraction method through cepstrum analysis, and verified its feasibility finally.
