Abstract :
In recent years, the central position of performance management is increasingly significant in human resources management. As the renewable energy market further developing, it has gained some competitive advantage in the domestic market. But these years, most renewable energy engineering projects have encountered a lot of problems, such as low efficiency, quality no guarantee, budget is difficult to control, unresponsive to the market and so on. In this paper, author firstly points out the unique features of renewable energy engineering projects. Taking into account the long cycle, big equipment investment, high risk, and complicated staff task and other actual situation of renewable energy enterprise, this paper aims at establishing a project performance management mode, divide the performance management control points into three categories: stage points, overall points, and post-evaluation. so the renewable energy enterprise can give enough mid-event control to the construction project, to avoid the disadvantage of traditional performance management: only consider the work results, difficult to follow up the progress of project in time, no systemic supervision to the project quality and budget control, and the deviation cannot be corrected timely. This paper will implement the idea of project oriented performance management by establishing an renewable energy construction projects whole process performance management mechanism, which are described in detail in this paper.
