  • Abstract
    Dielectric behavior in bound water in grain was studied through measurement of the dielectric properties at microwave frequencies over a wide temperature range between -80°C and +10°C. Both ε\´ and ε" were found to increase linearly with temperature with a slope change at around -20°C.
