Abstract :
Recently, economic frictions have been discussed between the developed countries and Japan. But, I think that, all of these discussions have been given by neglecting the efforts which have been tried in Japan since Meiji-Restoration. The electrified railway in Japan is also one kind of these results of efforts in Japan. I hope all of you give the deep understandings and the recognitions of the serious significances in developing or getting successful results in the fields of engineerings.
