  • Abstract
    Intra-prediction algorithm is a new technology in H.264, but rate-distortion optimization algorithm increases complexity. This paper conveys a new algorithm of mode decision system, which combines and improves some mainline optimization technique. The experimental result shows that it can make the calculation complexity get a great decrease.
