Abstract :
The paper follows previous research of a mechatronic system, in terms of the pilot action/intervention to the flight control system. In this paper authors focus on the system behavior owing to a step disturbance to the plant. The plant under consideration represents the longitudinal dynamics of an aircraft, and an associated feedback controller to augment the damping pitch. Various pilot models are considered, but pilot behavior model "A" is used mainly for simulation purposes, which is done using MATLAB-Simulink. The outputs are 3D graphs of the mechatronic system response on appeared step disturbance, where the variable parameter is the integration time constant (T1) of the human behavior model.
