Abstract :
The characters of granularity distribution measurement and the reasons of errors caused when particle size analyzer calibrated or compared with another were analyzed. Point out that it is difficult to eliminate the errors by just adjusting construction and circuits of particle size analyzer, but calibration calculation by programming can effectively do that. The calibration algorithm of differential fitting based on linear interpolation was expatiated on and experiment results were listed. Compared linear interpolation with nonlinear spline interpolation, the linear interpolation algorithm is simple, effective, less error and extends easily. It can be applied in auto calibration of particle size analyzer in overall range and the conversion of test results for different instruments. The experiment results show that the calibration errors is less than 1%, can meet requires of the practical calibration.
