Abstract :
The principle of mathematical morphology and its filter are briefly introduced. A new signal processing method based on mathematical filter is presented. In order to remove non-linear noise in vibration signal, a kind of filter with structuring elements adaptive, morphological opening and closing operators combination is designed. With moving structuring element, the signal can be detected and smoothed. Practical application based on cone structure´s vibration testing signal shows that the method is available. And it is proved to be effective, high calculation speed method in dealing with pulsed noise in vibration data.
