Abstract :
A new wideband low voltage BiCMOS voltage multiplier is presented. This multiplier is based on a BiCMOS transconductance cell. It has the advantages of wide bandwidth and wide dynamic range. It has a low THD% in high frequency, so it can be used in high frequency applications. Also the multiplier has a low THD% when mismatch is assumed either in the transconductance or in the threshold voltage. Voltage supply used is ±1.5 V.
