Abstract :
In this paper, an architectural framework is proposed to integrate service and network management activities in order to provide an end-to-end QoS-driven connection through the use of mobile agent technology. The architecture is a collaborative framework bringing together the object-oriented technologies, mobile agent paradigm, telecommunication management standards such as TMN (Telecommunication Management Network) and TINA-C (Telecommunication Information Networking Architecture-Consortium), and the networking technologies around the middleware solutions. The middleware solutions are CORBA, WEB and Java
