  • Abstract
    The traditional test and measurement method with low sample frequency and long test time is not suitable to the test and measurement of quartz MEMS vibrant gyroscope zero drift. The quartz gyroscope short-time drift is studied and found in experiment that the drift is periodic and even more obvious in higher sampling frequency. A new accurate test and measurement method is brought forward after studying each error transfer coefficients of period´s parameters with error analysis theory. The experiment results show that by this method the test precision of quartz gyroscopes can be improved and the measured parameters are more applicable to compensate quartz gyroscopes online in long subsequent time. It is proved that this method is more suitable to the quartz MEMS vibrant gyroscope.
