Abstract
This paper focuses on the crosstalk analysis of coupled MWCNT and coupled MWCNT bundle interconnects, exploiting a fast accurate RC model primarily developed for single CNT lines. A new compact coupled RC model for the coupled MWCNT bundles is proposed. The models developed for two coupled MWCNTs and for bundles of MWCNTs are employed for simulations of the global interconnects in 14 nm technology. Simulation results show a good agreement with the rigorous distributed model considered as the reference, with an average error being less than 1% and 2.5% for the two MWCNTs and MWCNT bundles, respectively.
