Quality attributes for SaaS´s products

The quality of software is considered a major characteristic competitive among organizations. The mains objective of this study is to raise attributes of quality for software as a service and to identify its impacts ahead of this new paradigm of software, SaaS (Software as a Service). The attributes were proposed by aggregating and matching criteria related for quality of product software, with tools that help manage TI services. The results and conclusions presented in this paper will serve as a guide for companies providing SaaS´s solutions, with the concern of quality assurance in their final products.
