Abstract :
Developing a set of desalination remote integrated supervision system in accordance with daily production of 10-ton ultra-large-scale reverse osmosis desalination project can achieve the online monitoring of the major equipment operating parameters and status of 8 sets of units. The system has functions of data acquisition, curve display, data communication, data reports and user management, etc by adopting the key technologies of OPC(OLE for Process Control) communication, the WCF(Windows Communication Foundation) communication and multithreading. At the same time, the system has the functions of fault diagnosis and optimal scheduling, etc, which are adopted to ensure efficiency, stability and economic operation of the entire system. Through, the debugging result shows that the system software satisfies the needs of system function design.
