Abstract :
In this paper, a design method of fuzzy control system of engine variable valve timing (VVT) is proposed. In this system, the fuzzy controller is used. The VVT system adopted fuzzy controller eliminates shortcomings in traditional control method such as low accuracy and unsteadiness etc. It has been proved by vehicle road test that the system is effective to meet the demand of real vehicle driving condition, and it has reliable control accuracy, high-speed responsibility and good reliability
