Abstract :
In this paper we present a library which contains different second generation current conveyor CCII models described with the material description language VHDL-AMS and classified with an increase range of complexity in order to be used in high level design concerning current controlled oscillator and multi-function programmable filters. The proposed CCII models and the presented applications are tested with VHDL- AMS simulations using CMOS 0.35u technology to verify the theoretical results.
