Abstract :
The interrelation of route choice and traffic control is more and more recognized, with the development and deployment of advanced traveller information system (ATIS). This paper uses some models to formulate the process of traffic control under guidance information, and signal control parameters are calculated. The particular concerns in this paper are how the process of signal control is formed, and how driver´s travel behavior, network flow and signal control strategies are influenced by guidance information. A real-time on-line algorithm is developed for this study
