Abstract :
According to the demand of the environmental control of the telecommunication machine room, an embedded environment control system of intelligent machine room is given. The multitasking operating system - Small Real-Time operating system (RTOS) running in MCS51 is analysed. The main problems of the control system to be solved are discussed. The environmental control system of the telecommunication machine room based on Small RTOS is designed. The design of the hardware and the software design that the operating system Small RTOS is the core are presented. This design is compared with the design that not used the real-time operating system. It is showed from he results that the Small RTOS has the advantage of the designed in the medium-sized project and low cost.
