Abstract :
In this paper is described an interface with high-level facilities for full mission management of remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and scientific instrumentation (SI). The system provides complete edit/debug/execute cycle support besides the capability of task cooperation and synchronization with SIs. The users have the possibility of describing, testing and repeating generic procedures through an interactive use of ROV course. This means a significant time saving with relative reduction of risks and increases the `solving power´ for unexpected events
