Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effects of pre-formed space charge by ±DC application on the AC insulating characteristics in XLPE. In this paper, we have presented a new measurements method which enables the direct correlation between space charge distribution and PD patterns in electrode configurations including air gaps
