Abstract :
Using ZVT soft switching technology in PFC stage and saturable reactor assisted ZVS circuit in a DC-DC converter, a new high power factor high efficiency power supply is developed. The circuit diagram and core component (such as ZVT network, saturable inductor etc.) design consideration is presented. The experimental results taken from an industrial prototype rated at 3 kW are also presented in this paper
