Abstract :
In this investigation in addition to modeling the MPH and MPHT schemes, an improved MPHT method is introduced by considering all adequate base-stations. Three new modifications are also suggested and a comparison is presented between these modified MPHT schemes and the usual MPHT regarding defined performance metrics. The results show that the modified MPHT scheme through considering the power priority list and all adequate base-stations offers better performance metrics rather than usual MPHT and other modified schemes
