  • Abstract
    An IF amplifier has been designed which uses signal feedback to match the source and load impedances. This eliminates external matching components, reduces the noise figure, and increases the efficiency of the output stage. The IF amplifier concept is realized in the form of a BiCMOS integrated circuit
