  • Abstract
The channel cutoff rate is evaluated under various fading channel distributions. The analysis shows that the Nakagami-n distribution results in the highest cutoff rate as compared with Nakagami-m and Nakagami-q distributions. The lognormal distribution, which is an indication of what happens with fast power control, shows that the SNR increases with the offset between transmit and receive SNR
