Abstract
This paper describes the implementation of Sun Microsystems´s Jini based services and applications aim for wireless mobile computing environment. Three applications are implemented to demonstrate the feasibility of deploying the Jini technology over a wireless LAN to enable spontaneous networking between the wireless mobile clients and traditional wired network servers. This enables services (applications) to be made available dynamically to the mobile devices when they are moved from place to place.
