Abstract :
The resonant frequency of the normal mode helical antenna (NMHA) varies with its number of turns. Several experiments were conducted to investigate their relationship. This paper presents linear regression analysis on these experimental results and tries to find a simple equation relating the resonant frequency and number of turns of the NMHA. An empirical equation giving relationship between them is suggested
