Abstract :
The modelling and control design of a parallel-connected inverter system using sliding mode control is presented. This paper shows a simple process that allows to model the system as an equivalent inverter. Easily implemented sliding surfaces are proposed, providing prominent dynamic characteristics against changes in the load and in the input voltage. Analysis and design considerations are investigated for a DC-to-AC power conversion system based on full bridge inverter modules
