  • Abstract
    In this presentation a number of problems are discussed related to the quantum-mechanical aspects of carrier dynamics in mesoscopic structures. A series of solutions and/or solution methods is proposed. It is advocated that a new discipline in electronics may be identified, namely quantum-circuit theory
