Abstract :
As advanced technologies become available in education, it is challenging for educators to adapt and adopt these technologies to their teaching based on students´ need and curricula. A research based instructional material design and evaluation course seemed to elicit students´ interest in technology and enhance their skills in design and evaluation of Web page and multimedia projects
