  • Abstract
We report a new process to obtain polymer films with periodically alternating d33 coefficient for quasi-phase matching (QPM). The process is a combination of corona poling and contact poling. Polymethylmetaclyrate (PMMA) containing disperse red 1 (DR1) was spin-coated on indium-tin oxide (ITO) layer on a soda-lime glass substrate and aluminum electrode was deposited on the polymer film
