Abstract :
Summary form only given. We demonstrate an electronically tunable semiconductor laser capable of generating relatively high-power, narrow multiple wavelengths with suppression ratio. This is realized by using a folded telescopic grating-loaded external cavity with a liquid crystal pixel mirror (LCPM) at the focal plane of the folded telescope. With 50 pixels, the digital tuning range was 8.12 nm in 0.16 nm steps. We also demonstrate electronically tunable cw dual and triple wavelength operation for this laser
