Abstract :
In this paper, the equivalent circuit of an ultra broad band YIG-tuned FET oscillator (YTO) using dual coupling YIG resonators is briefly presented, and the calculation results for the oscillation properties for the CAD optimization design of the oscillator have been given in an impedance circle-diagram. It can be seen from the stabilization-circles analyses that the stabilization oscillation range for the theoretical design of the YTO is in accordance with experimental results of the YTO
